Insurance Options
I am an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Blue Care Network. This means that we will submit claims for services rendered and accept the approved amount from the insurance company, minus any co-payments, deductible amounts or non-covered services that you are responsible for.
If you use another insurance provider, ask your insurance representative if your plan has out-of-network coverage and whether or not they offer out-of-network reimbursement for outpatient behavioral health services. If the answer is yes, we will provide you with the appropriate paperwork to submit to them. Then, you will pay the full session fee at the time of service and your insurance company will send you a check for the percentage that they cover
Private Pay
My private pay rates are as follows:
- Individual (55min): $120
- Couples/Family (55min): $140
- *Late cancellation & missed appt. fee $25
What To Expect
Brief Phone Consultation
We'll start by having a brief phone consultation where we will talk a bit about what's going on for you, my approach to working with clients, payment and billing options, scheduling and clarifying next steps.
Client Portal & Paperwork
I'll send you a client portal invitation where you can request future appointments, share documents with me, view and pay your bill and join our telehealth sessions.
First Appointment
Our first appointment will be 60-90 minutes and done via telehealth (phone or video). We'll go over the paperwork you completed beforehand, address any remaining questions or concerns you may have, get to know one another better, start exploring the issues that are bringing you to counseling and finish by clarifying the goals we have for the work we'll do together and scheduling your next appointment.
